Chandra Hatfield received her law degree, Cum Laude, from Willamette University College of Law and is licensed to practice in both Oregon and Washington. Chandra’s career has been focused on the exclusive representation of public and private employers of all sizes in labor and employment matters. Chandra enjoys working together with clients to find a range of practical solutions that fit their unique needs.
Chandra frequently counsels employers on complex medical leave and reasonable accommodation compliance matters; managing employee performance and discipline; wage and hour compliance; workplace harassment and discrimination; developing and updating workplace policies and handbooks; and other employment issues as they arise.
Chandra believes that knowledge is invaluable in preventing workplace claims. She has provided numerous trainings to managers, supervisors, employer groups, and local human resources associations to increase their knowledge of legal risks and obligations in the workplace.
